The Lake Michigan Shore Association is constantly concerned about activities that would adversely impact our area and encourages actions that enhance the quality of life and the environment along the Lakeshore.
LMSA has repeatedly advocated strong land use zoning measures meant to protect and enhance the quality of the built environment within and immediately adjacent to out boundaries.
We also provide a forum for the dissemination of information and education regarding property assessments and taxes, lake level projections and shoreline protection measures, surface drainage and creek pollution, utility services and extension plans, and general interest items that affect our area.
All area property owners are urged to join existing members and personally support this vitally needed organization which presents a meaningful collective voice on issues of concern to our membership.
The Association meets annually each summer and holds events throughout the year. Dues are a modest $30.00 per year per household. We welcome your new or continued support.
